A franchise is a right wherein the franchisor (the trademark owner – Pizzakiosk OÜ) grants the franchisee (undertaking starting a pizza kiosk) the right to use their trademark and business model.

The franchisee pays the franchisor a fee of a previously agreed share of the sales. In turn, the franchisor must supply the franchisee with every information about the trademark and business model (training, marketing materials, product information, etc.)

The franchisee must use the franchisor’s trademark in the operations and ensure the quality of products and services at the franchisor’s level.
