The primary rules at the order platform of pizzakiosk.ee

1. The order platform of pizzakiosk.ee is managed by Pizzakiosk OÜ, who is responsible for forwarding orders and handling any complaints.
2. Once you have placed an order, you’re aware that the pizza(s) is/are made to your order and if you don’t pick up the goods then you have no right to a refund.
3. We expect you to be aware of Pizzakiosk locations and opening hours when placing an order.
4. We display an estimate of the time of completing your order when you place the order. This time is indicative and may differ from reality.
5. The pizzakiosk.ee order platform accepts payments by card or bank transfer.
6. We have accepted an order when you have made a proper payment and received a confirmation email;
7. Payments placed in the order platform are mediated by Pizzakiosk OÜ.
8. Any complaints regarding the quality of products may be sent by email to info@pizzakiosk.ee or at the sales point.
9. The 14-day right of return does not apply to food products as quickly spoiling goods according to the law.
10. All prices listed in the order platform of Pizzakiosk.ee are in euros and include all state and local taxes.
11. No service fees are added when buying on the order platform.
